Return Policy

 Return Authorization numbers can only be issued within 5 days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by by a Return Authorization Number. This can be obtained by calling us at 1-800-889-9122. There is a 15% restocking fee on items returned for refund.  No restocking fee is charged for exchanges.  Items received without a RA # will be returned to you.

If you return an item to us for exchange, there is a $12 re-shipping fee.

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please call us at 1-800-889-9122 before returning, for a R.A. Number  (return authorization #).  We do not offer call tags for returns.

ALL RETURNS - New merchandise must have been purchased from Armed Forces Outfitters, Inc.  We will not except returned clothing if it has been washed or tags have been removed. 

We do not accept returns for underwear, bikinis, polypropylene thermals, or any undergarments.

SIZING AND SIZE CONVERSIONS:
We are not responsible for your size selection or any freight charges for non-defective return shoes.

UNWORN FOOTWEAR:
All returned merchandise must be:

  1. unworn, unused and in re-saleable condition.
  2. in the original packaging. (shoe box)
  3. in a protective shipping carton or in brown wrapping paper. ($5.00 reboxing fee if sent otherwise)
  4. call for a returned authorization number within 5 days from the day it was received. 
  5. NO returns after 5 days. (absolutely no exceptions)

    (Merchandise returned to the manufacturer will result in a $5.00 restock fee.)
  7. insured - we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.

     

    NOTE: REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE ONLY. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ITEMS THAT QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING WILL INCUR A $5.00 CHARGE FOR THE FIRST ITEM AND $1.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM. 

    Refund for boots that offer free shipping, $10 will be deducted from your refund

WORN FOOTWEAR:
May not be returned because:

  1. it does not fit right.
  2. you do not find it comfortable.
  3. it has been mistreated or abused.
  4. your friends or relatives don't like them.

Sailors Uniforms and surplus items
 May not be returned for refund, but can be returned for exchange.  Call 1-800-889-9122 for an RA # before returning.

CANCELING AN ORDER:
Freight charges will be assessed if an order in transit is canceled or refused.

CONTESTING A CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL:
Contesting a charge to your credit card company or issuing bank may result in a $25.00 service charge. Please call our toll free number 1-800-889-9122  to resolve ANY billing questions.

*Dogtags and Military Wall Plaques are hand made and personalized, and are non refundable.

Government Orders - Returns over $1000.00 are subject to special conditions.  Please call for information. 

International Orders

All orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. You may use MasterCard, VISA, American Express,

Orders will be shipped UPS where available or US Parcel Post. Call or email our Customer Service Department for a quote on total charges.

Other Freight Services, if available, will be sent freight collect.  

Any customs charges including, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
