With UPS 2nd Day Air delivery service, we guarantee that you will get your package in two days To request this service, please, make a note in the Ordering Instructions field of the Add to Cart menu.
UPS Next Day Air
With UPS Next Day Air delivery service, we guarantee to deliver your order within the next 24 Hrs. To request this service please make a note in the Ordering Instructions field of the Add to Cart Menu.
All shipping options other than UPS Ground will require a slightly higher cost. You will be notified of this adjustment via phone call, so please leave a number that you can be reached at. We will not ship your order until we can contact you to let you know of the additional charge to your account.

When an item is torn, broke or damaged.
* If the box you have received is torn opened or damaged, please check contents inside. If there is anything missing or not in good shape, please report the damages to UPS customer service. Tel. 1800 PICK UPS, after doing so, please contact us at the telephone numbers listed above.
* Any item ordered by you should be free of manufacturing defects. If you should find any of the items sent to you torn, broke or damaged in any way, feel absolutely free to call us at 1800 889 9122 and report your complaint. The procedure is as follows:
- Talk with the supervisor or manager available.
- Agree on the terms of your return (if you should want a money refund or an exchange).
- Send the item back via USPS Priority Mail with a copy of the mail shipment Note: Keeping a ticket or USPS note is very important in case that the package gets lost
- After your package is received in our offices we will complete the return according to the terms that you have agreed on with the person you spoke to. Note: Always make sure to write the name of the person whom you spoke to.
When an item is not what you asked for and it has been shipped to you by error.
If an item has been sent to you by mistake (mixed orders), please keep the copy of the invoice that has been enclosed. Having the invoice, call 1800 889 9122 stating your name and number as well as your original order number and a list of the items that have been wrongly shipped to you. Once you do this please do as follows:
- Put the items back in the box.
- Write a note stating what happened and put it inside the box along with your RA number
- Ship the box back to the following address:

Once we receive your package, you will receive the right items from your order approximately from five to six days.
Note: Please keep a copy of the USPS receipt, this is very important in case of lost shippments
I ordered an item that does not fit me.
If you ordered an item that did not fit you, please follow these steps:
- Call the following number: 1-800-889-9122 and talk to our representatives about your problem.
A money refund possible in this case along with a restocking fee of 15%
